• Use the hot text or terrain help to confirm which resource is produced in the land you own. Then place a bid on that resource.
• If you bid on the resources and did not receive an offer, the problem is that you used up all your trade cargo holds before that deal came up. You may have to:
1. Refuse other offers --or--
2. Reduce the number of commodities you are selling --or--
3. Dedicate more of your navy to Trade (by reducing Transport orders, or by bringing naval patrols back to your home fleet).
